Top priorities were to create a distinctive home with a small footprint and stay within a specific budget without skimping on style. The drama is created with the great room “bridge” whose walls are primarily windows to visually expand the space. The master bedroom suite is both compact, yet filled with light from well placed windows and an efficient layout that offers a luxurious bath.
